Building Nevadas Youth-Led Political Future
Battle Born Futures is a new statewide 501(c)(3) initiative ensuring that young people, especially BIPOC, rural, immigrant, and working-class youth historically excluded from power, are at the center of shaping Nevada’s political future.
In 2026, Nevada faces some of the most consequential elections in the nation: a Governor’s race and two ballot measures to protect abortion rights and reject harmful Voter ID laws. The stakes couldn’t be higher, and young people will be the difference.
Our mission is not just to mobilize youth for one election cycle, but to build the infrastructure for long-term power. Battle Born Futures blends immediate electoral strategies with deep organizing, leadership pipelines, and campus-based hubs that anchor year-round youth power in communities across Nevada.
